A-One Insurance Group joins the Brokerbility Network to support business growth and people development

Brokerbility today announces that A-One Insurance Group has become the latest member of its community network of independent brokers. A-One will now benefit from Brokerbility’s strong insurer relationships and services, to drive business growth and the development of its people.

A-One Insurance Group was established in 1993 and has grown into a leading independent broker in the South of England. The business has ambitious growth plans while remaining independent and investing in the professional development of its staff.

In April 2023, Brokerbility unveiled a refresh of its proposition, which set out a new member framework. This reflects the stage each Brokerbility member has reached in its growth journey. This framework is designed to encourage collective working and knowledge sharing across the membership, so that every member feels valued and part of a true community. Every member is supported by a range of added value services including compliance support and an enhanced training programme through the Brokerbility Academy.
